Sometimes those challenges can result in anxiety and depression.

In addition to adults, I like to work with high school seniors because they, too, face huge transitions. Maybe they’re going off to college or entering the workforce. Regardless, it can feel overwhelming to choose the next right step and talking it over with someone can be beneficial.
